Before treatment, tell us about medications and supplements (including aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, antibiotics, and retinoids), skin conditions, allergies, recent or planned sun and tanning exposure, self-tanner use, pregnancy or nursing, and any recent cosmetic procedures. Some of these affect how skin responds to treatment, and some make treatment unsafe on that day. Undisclosed conditions and medications are the most common cause of poor outcomes. If something changes between booking and your appointment, tell us when you arrive. We'd rather reschedule you than treat you unsafely. ## Our Right to Postpone or Decline We may postpone or decline any service, at any point including mid-appointment, when in our professional judgment it cannot be performed safely or effectively that day: recent sun exposure, an active skin condition, a medication conflict, or anything else that puts your skin at risk. When that happens, we'll explain why and rebook you for the right time. Safety outranks the schedule, every time. ## Results & Expectations We promise honest work, not guaranteed outcomes. Skin is individual: results vary with age, skin type, hormones, health, home care, and consistency with your treatment plan. Laser hair reduction is reduction, not guaranteed permanent removal. Multi-session treatments deliver over the course of the series, not in one visit, and some results require maintenance. Everything we can honestly tell you about expected results, we tell you at consultation. ## Age Policy Guests under 18 require a parent or legal guardian's written consent, and the parent or guardian must remain on premises during the service. Same hands, same standards, same conversation at the start of every appointment. If you are new, the rest of this will tell you what is here. ## What Changed The space. There are two entrances now. Suite 215 is The Parlor, where skin, waxing, laser and permanent cosmetics happen, in private treatment rooms. Suite 207 is Collective Suites, private space leased to other health and wellness professionals, with its own door. The two halves are separate on purpose, so nobody walks through someone else's business to get where they are going. The website. Prices are published now, all of them, from a $10 nostril wax to the $1,750 TriBella bundle. You should not have to call to find out what something costs. ## What Did Not Every appointment still starts with two questions: what do you love about your skin, and what don't you. Nothing gets booked before that conversation, and nothing gets recommended that you don't need. Laser season at Parlor runs September 15 to April 15, and all laser work happens inside it. That one fact decides more of your plan than anything else on the menu. The quiet reason is dosing, not just safety. Light-based treatments are tuned to your skin's pigment, and the device's own treatment protocols step the energy down as pigment goes up. A tan raises your pigment, so a tanned guest gets treated at lower energy: undertreated, at the same price. The season exists so every session you pay for works as hard as it can. Then there's the series arithmetic. Most guests need 8 to 10 treatments, spaced weeks apart, and the full course has to fit between two summers. Start near the season's open and the math is comfortable. Start in February and this season can only begin what next season finishes. Neither is wrong, but one gets you further before the sun comes back. The season books three to six months ahead, so autumn appointments are made in spring and summer.
